I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to inform you of an important upcoming change that will help us serve you better. In our continuous efforts to enhance the reliability, speed, and security of our services, we will be migrating our remaining servers to a new, state-of-the-art data center facility to bring all offered services on-par with each other.

 

Here’s what you need to know:


Migration Details

Scheduled Date and Time: 11/01/2023 1600 PST

Expected Duration of Downtime: Approximately 6 hours

What Does This Mean for You?

There will be a temporary interruption of services during the migration process.

You don’t need to take any action. The migration process will be fully managed by our team.

Why Are We Doing This?

Enhanced Performance: The new data center is a higher-tier rated facility, ensuring even more reliability and faster services.

Upgraded Infrastructure: Your data will be hosted in a more modern and secure environment, improving overall system performance and bringing you closer to our edge. Additionally, there are some upcoming value-add services that have not been announced publicly which will be homed here. 

At No Extra Cost: We’re making this upgrade free of charge to all our customers.

We understand that this temporary downtime may cause some inconvenience, and we apologize for this in advance. Rest assured that we will do our utmost to execute the migration swiftly and smoothly, aiming to minimize the disruption as much as possible. The majority of our customers still in this facility were already migrated with minimal-to-no downtime but unfortunately some of our legacy services will require a physical migration.
