Reduced Network Capacity

March 6th, 2024 - 12:58PM PST

We're operating on reduced network capacity due to a fiber cut between Spokane and Seattle on our primary circuit. We will keep everyone updated as the issue progresses and has been confirmed repaired.

Update 1641 PST: Additional backup circuits turned up by our NOC to alleviate congestion/latency. We still expect there to be issues, though. Primaries are still down, and will require extended time to repair. Cause of damage was a truck taking out a pole near the Western side of Washington State.

Final Update 2100 PST: At 1824 PST all primary services appear to have been restored. Things have been stable and normal for approximately 2.5 hours so we're going to tentatively consider the issue resolved. We very much appreciate everyone's patience and apologize for the bandwidth congestion today.
